About the role

Our spa is a sanctuary of relaxation and wellbeing, offering guests bespoke treatments and a tranquil escape from everyday life. We are seeking a Spa Receptionist to join our dedicated team and provide a seamless, memorable experience for every guest.

What you will do:

• Welcome and greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and the signature Four Seasons hospitality.
• Manage bookings, appointments, and enquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide expert knowledge about spa treatments, services, packages, and experiences tailored to guest needs.
• Assist guests with product recommendations and retail purchases.
• Handle payments, invoicing, and maintain accurate guest records.
• Maintain a pristine and inviting reception area, reflecting the luxury standards of Four Seasons.
• Coordinate with spa therapists and hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service.
• Support special events, promotions, and initiatives as required.

What you will bring:

• Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or luxury service environments is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Polished, professional, and approachable manner.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Strong IT skills and experience using booking systems preferred.
• Passion for wellbeing, luxury hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
