A typical day in the life of a Spa Receptionist:

1. Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
2. Manage spa bookings and appointments, ensuring a smooth scheduling process.
3. Handle guest inquiries providing information about spa services, treatments and products.
4. Process payments and manage the reception area efficiently.
5. Assist with the promotion of spa services, special offers and retail products.
6. Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy and inviting at all times.
7. Coordinate with Spa Therapists and other staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

1. Strong interpersonal and communications skills with a customer-focused attitude.
2. A genuine passion for health, wellness and customer service.
3. Excellent organisational skills and multitasking abilities.
4. The ability to establish rapport, build trust and demonstrate credibility.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

It would be desirable if you had proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the spa or hospitality industry. It would also be beneficial if you were proficient in using booking systems and basic computer skills.
