Contract: Full Time

Salary: Up to £12.21 per hour

The spa operation is the very essence of our brand, and as such, the welcoming and knowledge shared with our guests and members are of great importance. When guests arrive at our Spa, they are greeted with impressive facilities, ensuring their Champneys experience is exceptional and unique.

Our reception colleagues are knowledge resources, possessing in-depth knowledge of the Spa, Wellbeing, and Fitness operations, as well as the property and local area.

Some responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests warmly and ensuring a courteous and efficient check-in process, including registration, offering tours when appropriate, and explaining the welcome pack/itinerary.
  • Having comprehensive knowledge of the resort suite and supporting with treatment bookings, PT sessions, and itinerary planning.
  • Conducting facility show rounds to potential new members when required.
