What we are looking for:

• At least 5 years of spa therapy experience within a luxury hotel
• Certificate or higher in Business Management or a related field
• Cert 4 Workplace Training and Assessment or equivalent
• Strong guest service orientation
• Creative leadership and influential problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage relationships and handle people effectively
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
