Available treatments range from massage, body and facial treatments, maternity, lash & brow, waxing, hair removal and light salon.

The Role…

We are seeking an experienced Spa Manager to join our team at Cowshed Primrose Hill. The Spa Manager is responsible for the efficient management of the Cowshed Spa, ensuring the team consistently provide an exceptional service and spa experience for our members.

Main Duties

  • Influential beauty and wellness leader responsible for providing high quality services and elevated experiences to members and guests
  • Oversee Cowshed Spa team to include recruitment, on-boarding, training, payroll, staff performance, and strategize with leadership to assess the efficiencies of the Health Club
  • Effectively create and monitor budgets, analyse, forecast, as well as anticipate opportunities by identifying services to promote and elevate member and guest experiences.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are completed in accordance with finance procedures, including security, processing and banking (as appropriate) as well as responsible for partnering with General Manager and local leadership to create, maintain and manage reporting on monthly performance of the facility against budget projections
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Events Team with the promotion of facility services, retail products and amenities to optimize new business opportunities and potential ROI
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records of day to day operations and write corresponding reports.
  • Manage spa and gym database systems effectively for sales, renewals, direct debits, customer exits and membership numbers
  • Vendor management and procurement activities to manage equipment manufacturers to ensure all areas of the spa and gym equipment comply with safety and Soho House standards
  • Adhere to health and safety policy are always followed, as well as implement and monitor compliance with all company policies procedures, and standards

What we are looking for in a Spa Manager...

  • Minimum of 5-7+ years’ experience in a similar role within retail, beauty, fitness, health and/or wellness space
