Job Title: Spa Treatment Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Spa Treatment Manager to support the Spa Manager in daily operations, oversee the spa treatment area, carry out treatments, and manage the spa diary to maximise revenue. You will also assist reception and leisure teams to ensure smooth, seamless guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on treatment experience, and familiarity with the spa booking software One Journey. A focus on excellent service standards, team support, and driving retail and treatment sales is essential. To be considered for this role, you must hold Level 2 and 3 qualifications in beauty therapy or the equivalent.
