About the Role

Main Responsibilities:

• Offer various treatments such as massage, manicures and beauty treatments.
• Promote treatments and products.
• Ensure the department operates efficiently by closely monitoring budgets and staff in accordance with guidance from the General Manager.
• Complete staff rotas taking into account staff holidays, bookings and budgets.
• Take bookings over the telephone and in person.
• Upsell beauty products where appropriate.
• Ensure client confidentiality policies are followed amongst the team.
• Monitor and order stock to ensure correct levels within the spa.
