Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all areas of the Leisure club, including daily operations, membership services, treatments, and special events
  • Deliver an exceptional member and guest experience; build rapport and long-term relationships with members and guests
  • Drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and lead a professional team
  • Implement club business strategy to grow membership, revenue and profitability
  • Achieve Net Member Movement targets
  • Deliver market-leading service to guests and members
  • Drive and retain membership; stay updated with industry developments
  • Maintain high levels of customer care; focus on retaining existing users
  • Manage maintenance, repairs and cleaning of facilities including pool plant and spa
  • Handle complaints and incidents
  • Cashing-up and stock records
  • Utilize management information to improve provisions and schedules
  • Ensure facilities and services meet health and safety standards

  • Proven track record in a leadership role within a luxury Club & Spa environment
  • Strong background and knowledge of the Leisure industry
