We are actively seeking a Spa Housekeeping attendant who will be responsible for providing a first-class level of hospitality to our Exclusive Spa Members, Spa Day guests, and hotel residents by maintaining cleanliness, appearance, and guest supplies within the spa areas.

You will be passionate about delivering professional, efficient, and exceptional guest service and possess strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Role Responsibility

• Providing a first-class level of hospitality to our Spa Members, Spa Day guests, and Hotel Residents, exceeding expectations with top standards of customer service & cleaning
• Ensuring all changing areas are clean, tidy, and stocked with towels and bathrobes
• Being present in all public areas and maintaining cleanliness standards at all times both front and back of house
• Anticipating client needs to enhance service quality and ensure satisfaction
• Maintaining effective communication within your team and across the business
• Undertaking other reasonable duties as required by management
