Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Spa Host at Cheshire Oaks to welcome members and champion the health and wellbeing benefits of our premium spa retreats. You will help maintain pristine spa areas and uphold the high standards expected in a luxury environment.

You are a confident communicator with a passion for wellbeing, able to collaborate across teams, and take pride in delivering exceptional member experiences with a proactive, self-starting attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in a premium customer service environment.
• A passion for health and wellbeing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-starter who takes pride in delivering high-quality experiences for members.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members to the spa and explain the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room.
• Ensure the spa areas are clean and tidy to premium standards.
• Represent the brand as an ambassador and provide exceptional member service.
