Headlam Spa is seeking a qualified Fitness Manager to lead the gym and deliver excellent member care. You will oversee memberships, run inductions and fitness programmes, and coordinate classes with staff and external instructors. Personal training will also be a key part of the role.

You will ensure equipment is well maintained, liaise with suppliers for repairs, and provide support at reception and in pool plant as needed.

Formación

• Qualified and experienced fitness professional with strong customer care.
• Ability to manage spa memberships and lead inductions.
• Experience delivering member fitness programmes and PT sessions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage spa membership system and memberships.
• Offer gym inductions and develop fitness programmes for members.
• Run a timetable of fitness classes with internal and external instructors.
• Provide personal training to members (PT).
• Ensure gym equipment is maintained and liaise with suppliers for repairs.
• Support spa reception and pool plant as required.

An key opportunity has arisen to join the team at Headlam Spa as Fitness Manager. This role for a qualified and experienced fitness person with excellent customer care skills includes:

• Management of the spa membership
• Offering gym inductions and fitness programmes for members
• Offering a number of fitness classes alongside those provided by external instructors to provide a class timetable suitable for the membership
• PT for members
• Making sure that gym equipment is kept in good condition and liaising with suppliers to arrange repairs/replacements as required
• Support on spa reception and in pool plant

40 hrs per week (days TBC)
Competitive basic salary
+ share of gratuities
+ bonus scheme( 10% of overall PT revenue)
