What you'll bring

• Previous senior leadership experience of managing a luxury spa within a 5* hotel environment.
• The ability to lead and inspire a team to drive guest engagement.
• Previous experience and a proven track record of managing complex spa operations.
• Expert knowledge of front of house and back of house protocols and processes within a luxury spa environment.
• Previous experience of swimming pool and thermal facility management.
• Previous experience and skills in budgeting; profit and loss account; payroll management and driving revenue opportunities.
• Ability to set departmental and KPI’s to drive growth and profitability.
• Previous experience of managing and growing spa memberships.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop teams while addressing performance and maintaining high standards.
• Experience and knowledge of risk assessments, standards operational
• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
• English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
