Full Time Position (40 hours) – £25,480 per annum
Your role in our family:
  • As a Spa Concierge, you will become part of a dedicated team that engages with our guests throughout their experience with us.
  • Provide our guests with first-class hospitality, offering advice and guidance on treatments, retail products, and fitness classes; making bookings, and supporting Spa Therapists to deliver a luxurious experience.
  • Provide information on hotel services, ensure guests feel welcome, and help them unwind.
  • Process Spa charges diligently to guests’ accounts, ensure invoices are accurate, and fulfill all guest transactions promptly.

What would make you the perfect fit?
  • A natural flair and elegance for service, with a passion for providing a luxurious level of service.
  • Experience in a similar role or receptionist position.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including fluency in English.
  • Working 8 hours a day, including weekends and bank holidays. Shifts are between 6:00 am and 10:30 pm.
