Contract: Full Time

Salary: up to £12.21 per hour plus gratuities

Hours: between 6.00am and 11.00pm [flexible patterns available]. Includes weekend rotations.

Within this role, you will be adaptable to our guest needs and will enjoy a variety of tasks, putting our guests' experience first.

Some Responsibilities Include

• Ensure that the changing rooms within our Spa and Leisure facility are clean, presentable, and free of used items.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all poolside areas, ensuring they are unobstructed and inviting.
• Keep all public areas within the Spa and Leisure facility clean and well-presented.
• Use industrial cleaning machinery to deep clean and maintain standards during closing hours.
• Manage used towels and robes efficiently, ensuring they are removed, washed, and dried promptly in the laundry room.
• Maintain effective stock levels of towels and robes at the spa reception.
• Follow allocated checklists and support the Spa and Leisure team with general requests as needed.
• Uphold high levels of security and communication between management, colleagues, and guests.
