A Day in the Life of a Spa Therapist:

• Perform a variety of treatments including massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures, tailored to guests’ needs
• Provide high-quality, professional service to ensure relaxation and rejuvenation
• Maintain spa equipment and uphold cleanliness standards
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals
• Promote spa services, offers, and products based on consultations
• Stay updated with industry trends and techniques
• Follow all health and safety guidelines

Candidate Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Passion for health, wellness, and customer service
• Ability to build rapport and trust
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays
• Opportunity to develop further with a Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification
• Knowledge of ELEMIS products and treatments is desirable
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role is preferred
• Willingness to work towards or obtain NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification
