About The Role

We’re looking for a Spa Therapist to join our team! You should be someone who loves talking to people over the phone and face to face, as you'll work in treatments as well as on our reception desk, with a desire to provide excellent customer service and be part of a successful Ocean Spa team.

We are seeking a Spa Therapist to join our Ocean Spa team at our Bognor Regis resort. Each week, Butlin's welcomes thousands of guests, many seeking some relaxation during their holiday. You will be part of an amazing therapist team dedicated to providing a great experience for our guests.

You should have a passion for professional standards, an eye for detail, and take pride in your work environment. This role involves delivering treatments and managing our wet spa experience.

About You

We're looking for someone passionate about high standards who thrives in a fast-paced spa environment. You should enjoy working in a team with a proactive attitude. You must hold a Level 3 qualification in beauty, massage, holistic therapy, or equivalent, and enjoy variety in your day.

Our working hours are 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm, including weekends and bank holidays. The role typically involves 35 hours per week over five days. It is a permanent position, paid fortnightly. Part-time hours may be considered, and we may offer live-in accommodation for those over 18 and in a full-time role.
