Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Spa Attendant, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the following:

• Check and set up the daily operations of the male/female changing areas according to standards.
• Assist the team to ensure they can perform their services professionally, accurately, and promptly.
• Maintain all public areas to meet standards.
• Greet guests upon entering the spa/fitness area.
• Serve water and warm/cold towels upon guest arrival.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service.
• Manage stock and supplies according to minimum stock levels.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the section and work area.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Keep all equipment clean and in good working order.
• Upsell property facilities and activities.
• Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation.
• Adhere strictly to LQA standards and guest feedback.

Qualifications

To perform the role of Spa Attendant, I must possess the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar role within luxury hotels, with proven results, including:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of experience in luxury spas or health clubs, with references. A hospitality diploma or degree from a recognized institution is preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are preferred.
