We are recruiting on behalf of one of London's most prestigious 5-star hotels and are looking for a warm and friendly Spa Attendant to join their award-winning spa team.

Location: Central London

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (including service charge)

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting guests with warmth and professionalism
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the spa, treatment rooms, changing areas, and pool facilities
• Supporting therapists and the spa team with daily operations
• Replenishing towels, robes, and amenities
• Upholding high standards of hygiene, health, and safety
• Providing information on spa services and hotel facilities

About You

• Warm, approachable, and passionate about guest service
• Positive team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Well-presented, reliable, and organised
• Comfortable engaging with guests and anticipating their needs
• Good spoken English
• Previous spa attendant experience is not essential, but experience in luxury hotels, gyms, leisure clubs, or high-end customer service environments is highly desirable
