Job Title: Spa Attendant

As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the spa and wellness areas and supporting the reception team. You should uphold the highest standards to ensure the guest experience aligns with Nobu Hotel London Portman Square standards. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

1. Ensuring all areas of the Wellness space are kept clean and tidy.
2. Sanitizing treatment rooms after each client.
3. Assisting guests and members with questions regarding our wellness and fitness facilities.
4. Supporting the reception team by answering phones and handling guest queries.
5. Familiarizing yourself with our facilities, treatments, and products in the wellness and hotel.
6. Representing Nobu as an ambassador, embodying our values and commitment to our teams.
