We are looking for an authentic and driven Full Time Spa Attendant to join us at Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa on a 12-week Fixed Term Contract and embrace your unique, best self to provide our guests with heartfelt human connections!

The Spa at Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa is a Scottish escape for guests and visitors alike. We provide a multi-sensory experience focused on relaxation and self-care. Our recent refurbishment has enhanced our sustainable offerings with new elements such as our Snow Bliss shower, and improved our popular amenities like the Pool and Sauna. We seek team members who can showcase what we offer, create sophisticated and transformative experiences, and embrace sustainability and natural elements.

By joining The Spa at Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel as a Spa Team Member, you will enjoy consistent weekly shifts, supporting your work/life balance with a maximum of 5 days per week! Additionally, you will receive family and friends spa discounts and quarterly complimentary spa use.

What do you need to be a Spa Attendant? Your main duties include daily pool water management through testing, operating thermal cabins per H&S regulations, managing changing facilities, communal areas, linen handling, and maintaining cleanliness standards. We are looking for someone who has:

  • Availability to work 5 shifts per week between 8:30 am and 9:00 pm
  • Experience as a Spa or Leisure attendant is preferred
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and work efficiently at a fast pace
  • Drive to produce results and contribute to providing personal guest experiences
  • A warm, authentic personality with a can-do attitude and commitment to service
  • A willingness to work within our team to embrace our service ethos and delight guests
