We are currently recruiting for a Spa Assistant to join our stunning Spa and Health Club The Retreat at The Londoner Hotel.

Overview:

  • An amazing opportunity to join our Spa team at The Londoner Hotel as a Spa Assistant.
  • The role of Spa Assistant is responsible for Opening/Closing Procedures when on duty.
  • As a Spa Assistant you will be responsible for checking stock levels frequently and reporting low stock levels.
  • You are also expected to set the highest standard at all times in professionalism, appearance, and attitude as expected.
  • Promote and sell the services of The Spa and maximise the potential of all sales.

About you:

  • Previous Spa or Health Club experience is required or an interest in developing a career within this field.
  • Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
  • As a Spa Host you must be able to demonstrate good computer skills and telephone manner.
  • A good level of spoken and written communication is required.
