We are seeking passionate, driven individuals ready to start their careers in boutique spa hospitality. Whether you are completing or have completed a Level 2 Beauty Therapy course, or have undertaken a Level 2 apprenticeship and are now ready to elevate your skills, this is a special pathway into the luxury wellness industry.

A Truly Bespoke Apprenticeship Experience

This is not your typical apprenticeship. Our award-winning Spa Academy combines a Level 3 qualification in Beauty, Wellbeing & Holistic Therapy with practical training in some of the country's finest hotel spas, in partnership with Cedars Health & Beauty Centre.

Here's what makes us unique:

• Earn while you learn - Full-time employment with real responsibilities and opportunities for progression.
• Premium learning format - Monthly 3-day training blocks (not day release), held at our hotels or training centre in Gloucester (travel and accommodation provided).
• Elite product training - Learn advanced treatments using world-class brands like TEMPLESPA and JESSICA through exclusive Eden Masterclasses.
• Early treatment delivery - You'll start delivering advanced treatments before completing your qualification, providing invaluable experience.

From perfecting reception and guest experience to progressing through luxury facials, massage, and holistic therapies, you'll graduate fully prepared to excel in a five-star spa environment.

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you should have:

• A Level 2 qualification in Beauty Therapy (or close to completion).
• Willingness to pursue the Level 3 qualification and work diligently to make the most of this opportunity.
• A passion for providing holistic and beauty therapies at a five-star spa standard.
• Exceptional grooming standards.
• A positive attitude, good humor, team spirit, and a genuine passion for the industry and for Elan Spas.

Your Journey with Us

Work at least 30 hours per week (including training), starting in the summer months before beginning your apprenticeship in September 2025.

Our spa operates Monday-Sunday; flexibility is essential. Most weekends are work days, with weekends off generally once per month, fairly distributed.

Join a proven program - now in its 6th intake, with many apprentices progressing to Level 4 and senior roles within our collection.
