Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking a Security GRC leader to own IT general controls for SOX 404 readiness. You will define control requirements, partner with engineering, and drive continuous assurance with automated evidence collection.

You will work across Finance, Engineering, Internal Audit, and external auditors to ensure controls are designed into systems and tested effectively as the company scales toward public-company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python or systems languages (Go, Rust, or C/C++)
• Led or contributed to ITGC programs through SOX 404 readiness
• Ability to translate SOX framework language into actionable engineering criteria
• Experienced working with PCAOB AS 2201, COSO 2013 and external auditors

Responsibilities

• Define control requirements and acceptance criteria for ITGCs in in-scope systems
• Own second-line control monitoring and evidence readiness for ITGCs
• Drive remediation of ITGC deficiencies with cross-functional partners
• Assess scope changes for SOX impact on controls and evidence requirements
• Maintain alignment with broader compliance portfolios across frameworks
