Job summary

NatWest Group is seeking a Project Manager for a six-month SOX Control Framework Enhancement programme. You will work with Finance, Risk, Audit and Technology to prepare, analyse and report on project plans, controls and resources, ensuring alignment with wider programme goals.

You will lead a team through the project lifecycle, managing risks, issues and dependencies, while engaging senior stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Audit and Change.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience with recognised qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
• Strong experience delivering large-scale change, regulatory remediation or control enhancement programmes.
• Knowledge of SOX, financial controls, governance, risk management and audit remediation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse and report on project plans, controls and resource plans to align with wider programme plans and controls.
• Engage stakeholders effectively to enable change implementation and handover.
• Lead a team through the project lifecycle, setting objectives and maintaining relations with stakeholders across multiple franchises and functions.
