Role Overview

Putting the customer at the heart of everything, you will support the Store Manager in managing your store to maximize profitability through the retail plan; driving sales, managing costs, and delivering our brand through visual merchandising. You will create a fun and inspiring atmosphere aligned with our brand and culture, support team development, and ensure high standards are maintained according to company guidelines.

Role Responsibilities
  • Leading by example and demonstrating exceptional standards of behavior to maintain brand integrity
  • Driving and role modeling customer service standards to exceed expectations
  • Training, coaching, and developing your team, supporting appraisals and performance reviews
  • Analyzing financial data, retail and company strategy, and using local knowledge to maximize sales and support decision-making
  • Ensuring store operates within budget via scheduling, cost controls, and productivity
  • Planning and organizing effectively to implement the retail plan
  • Communicating with Head Office to optimize stock levels
  • Adhering to procedures related to cash, stock, health and safety, security, and loss prevention
  • Overseeing and executing visual merchandising standards, including sales and seasonal launches
  • Following all policies, procedures, and legal obligations, including GDPR and safety standards
  • Assuming responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager to ensure ongoing store success
