Your new company
Hays education are looking for supply teachers to work in and around the Southam area. Your new role
Your new job as a supply teacher working through Hays, will be to work either part or full-time and cover Leamington Spa, Warwick, Southam and surrounding villages. You will be required to deliver pre-planned work to primary age children in your preferred year groups. Once work has been delivered, marking all work to school policy and leaving a handover for the class teacher is essential.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job, you need to be comfortable in your preferred year groups and have strengths in Maths, English and Phonics. Excellent communication is essential to working well with teaching assistants, parents and colleagues. The ability to build rapport with children is essential and to create a safe and secure learning environment where children feel they can be the best versions of themselves.
