Qualifikationen

• Experience in educational leadership within NHS or similar health education setting.
• Ability to lead across multiple stakeholders and departments.
• Familiarity with trainee/trainer management and program oversight.

Aufgaben

• Provide effective clinical educator leadership, contributing to the strategic development of the NHSE Workforce, Training and Education Directorate.
• Contribute to the NHSE Quality Framework and patient/learner safety improvements.
• Oversee postgraduate programme management, including assessments, rotations, remediation, inter-deanery transfer, and flexible training portfolios.
