Location: Working across multiple WildLand sites within the majestic Cairngorms National Park, Scotland.
Hours: 48 hours per week; permanent

We are continuing to establish a culinary team of chefs as our multi-faceted hospitality portfolio continues to expand into casual outdoor dining and personal chef experiences. All whilst developing our unique food offering in our Cairngorm region.

Set in stunning locations, with the world-renowned Scottish living larder at your disposal, we offer an inspiring work environment and lifestyle, which blends tradition and rich history with contemporary kitchens of the highest specification.

We take pleasure in finishing and serving our food to the discerning guests who choose to stay at WildLand, and we get the time to really excel at what we do. Our Chef team is a close knit, supportive group that is growing and is as committed to each other and to our health and wellness as we are to proving the best experiences for our small groups of discerning guests.
Your role is to support the development of theculinary experience aligned with the overall WildLand concept and brand, reflecting and integrating our Conservation ethos and story. You will work in partnership with the Head Chef and the wider Cairngorm regional chef team.As a team playeryou will demonstrate our values and align with our Purpose, Vision and Brand, as well as the behaviours of One WildLand Team and One Wild Way.
