Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is recruiting a Sous Chef for a fresh-food university catering operation in Central London. You will work across student dining, hospitality, private dining and events, with 70–80% of shifts Monday–Friday.

The role supports senior kitchen staff, leading preparation and service across sections while developing fresh, seasonal menus. You will join a welcoming team that values good food and teamwork, with opportunities to develop junior chefs and maintain high food safety

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready to progress.
• Background in restaurants, hotels, contract catering or education.
• Confident cooking fresh food across different menus.
• Organised and able to lead a busy service.

Responsibilities
