The Seven Stars, part of Quality Inns of Gloucestershire, in Dartmouth, seeks an experienced Chef to join the kitchen team and cook traditional pub dishes. Working with the Head Chef, you will help run a busy kitchen and contribute ideas to menu development.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Chef or Chef de Partie.
• Experience in a busy pub/restaurant kitchen.
• Strong cooking skills and knowledge of traditional British pub dishes.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Cook a range of traditional pub dishes to a high standard.
• Help manage and motivate the kitchen team.
• Assist with stock control, ordering and deliveries.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
