The Rockwell Hotel(40 rooms Four Star Boutique Hotel) is currently requiring a full time chef to assist in running our in house 4* Restaurant.The Rockwell restaurant offers a fine dining experience and is open every day for Breakfast ,Lunch and Dinner.
The successful applicant will have previous experience and main duties are:
•Follow food hygiene principles
•Responsible for the everyday running of the kitchen.
•Maintain cooking area using 'clean as you go' principles.
•Ordering and monitoring supplies
•To deliver the orders in time
Competitive salary based on experience
Permanent Contract, 48 h + per week.
