Key Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights clients and customers
• Oversee and implement menu changes
• Identify opportunities to improve food services
• Act on customer feedback for continuous improvement
• Support creation of new menus and food concepts
• Represent Chartwells and maintain a positive brand image
• Monitor inventories to ensure kitchens are well-stocked
• Maintain hygiene standards through kitchen cleaning responsibilities
• Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations

Ideal Candidate

• Passionate about great-tasting food and excellent customer service
• Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
• Experience supervising a team
• Experience in a similar Chef role
• Hold a Food Hygiene certificate
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Available to work 5 days out of 7
