Key Responsibilities – Sous Chef Position at The Discovery
- Work hand-in-hand with the Head Chef to produce outstanding dishes across all meal services – breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special occasions
- Champion consistent kitchen standards for preparation, cleanliness, and food safety
- Train, motivate, and support junior chefs to ensure smooth service and a positive team culture
- Assist in managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimising food waste
- Uphold high standards of allergen awareness and health & safety in the kitchen

- Experience as a Sous Chef or a skilled Chef de Partie within a busy kitchen environment
- Organised, reliable, and able to remain calm under pressure
