As a sous chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

• are experienced in managing the kitchen line, planning shifts and coaching on the go
• have knowledge of food safety, health and safety standards, and understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
