As a sous chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members alike. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with exceptional knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to achieve high standards
• Has experience managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and working collaboratively with the team
• Supports food safety, health & safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Loves recognizing team successes and understanding individual needs
