The Role

As a sous chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

  • Passion for supporting and developing your team to maintain high standards
  • Experience managing kitchen operations, planning shifts, and coaching team members
  • Knowledge of food safety, health and safety standards, and financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
  • Ability to celebrate team successes and recognize individual needs
