The role |

As a sous chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with strong food knowledge, using this to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to achieve high standards
• Has experience managing the line, planning shifts, and coaching team members
• Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands kitchen financials including profit, stock control, and labor costs
