About us: FOCACCIA MIA is a newly established venture alongside our family catering business, IDA'S KITCHEN, which has been serving London since 1999. We aim to deliver the best with our fully loaded Focaccia Sandwiches. We are seeking passionate and hardworking team members to join our growing family. As Focaccia Mia expands, so does our fantastic team! We are looking for creative and alert sandwich makers to join our fast-paced kitchen. Must be available every weekend!

Shift Pattern
  1. Wednesday/Thursday/Sunday - 8am to 5pm
  2. Friday/Saturday - 8am to 6pm

Full-time position available, Wednesday to Sunday, with full availability required. An exceptional level of kitchen experience is necessary, ideally within a fast-paced service environment. Level 2 Hygiene & Safety Certification is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities
  • Overseeing kitchen staff, delegating tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring efficiency.
  • Cooking fillings and assembling sandwiches in the FM way.
  • Ensuring all foods are cooked to appropriate temperatures, with records maintained.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
  • Preparing ingredients to ensure consistency in cooking and seasoning.
  • Handling food with proper procedures.
  • Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies.
  • Working in a busy environment while being visible to customers.
  • Preparing prep and order lists, ensuring correct stock rotation.
