My client is looking for a Sous Chef with a solid AA rosette background to join their team at a luxurious historic manor house hotel in the Suffolk countryside.

They are seeking a passionate foodie who can work alongside their current head chef and his team to help deliver a higher level of menus.

• Salary: £40,000 per annum + approximately £2,000 per annum tronc
• Working hours: 48 hrs per week
• Accommodation: Live-in accommodation is available
