Job summary

Cosy Club Stratford is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our team. You will work to deliver high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients and lead the kitchen in partnership with the Head Chef.

The role offers a salary region of £42k–£46k depending on experience, plus £18.43 per hour on a 48-hour contract, a potential annual bonus up to £2.5k, and benefits such as a 50% discount across our sites and enhanced work-life balance.

• Coach and lead kitchen team, share skills and responsibilities.
• Develop and run the kitchen, helping the Head Chef and delivering great service.

Being our Sous Chef, you could earn in the region of £46,000 per year and £18.43ph

• Salary of up to £42k depending on experience. Equals to up to £16.83 an hour (48hr contract)
• Tronc: Estimated between £7k - £9k per annum
• Bonus: Up to £2.5k annual bonus potential
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
