Cosy Club Stratford is seeking an enthusiastic Sous Chef to lead our busy kitchen, driving service from brunch to dinner with a focus on quality and consistency.

You will manage the kitchen during service, mentor and coach the team, and ensure every dish meets our standards using fresh, quality ingredients. A strong leader with a passion for great food will thrive in this vibrant Stratford venue.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or in a senior kitchen role.
• Ability to lead and train kitchen staff.
• Passion for quality produce and fresh ingredients.

Being our Sous Chef, you could earn in the region of £46,000 per year and £18.43ph

• Salary of up to £42k depending on experience. Equals to up to £16.83 an hour (48hr contract)
• Tronc: Estimated between £7k - £9k per annum
• Bonus: Up to £2.5k annual bonus potential
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
