About the Role

As Sous Chef, you'll be the Head Chef's go-to for support, leading and engaging the kitchen team to deliver 14 great shifts week in, week out.

You'll be leading shifts, ensuring the kitchen runs effectively and safely. You'll be detail-oriented, overseeing stocks, Health & Safety, Hygiene, manning the pass to ensure our food is on-spec and on-time, and upholding 5-star kitchen standards.

What You Bring

• Experience as a Sous Chef or a Junior Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager seeking the next step
• Experience working with fresh ingredients and strong kitchen skills
• Proactive work ethic, leading from the front
• Relentless drive to overcome challenges
• Knowledge of KPIs and decision-making in absence of the Head Chef
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders and team members
• Knowledge of rota scheduling, sales, labour forecasts, recruitment, and HR
• Experience in training and recruiting kitchen staff
