The Role:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations in a modern British brasserie serving up to 100 covers for lunch and dinner
  • Deliver exceptional food for bespoke private dining and high-end corporate events, catering up to 200+ standing or 100 seated guests
  • Work alongside a talented Executive Chef as part of a collaborative, tight-knit team of five
  • Create standout dishes in a fully equipped, contemporary kitchen built for precision and creativity
  • Benefit from a predominantly Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional weekend work for special functions

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong background as a Sous Chef in fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, or premium event catering
  • Experience in banqueting, private functions, or large-scale event service is highly desirable
  • Calm under pressure, highly organized, and dedicated to producing consistently outstanding food
  • Leadership skills with the ability to guide, support, and develop junior chefs
  • Ambitious and ready to grow within a company that values quality, creativity, and modern British cuisine
