Job Title: Sous Chef

Location: Leamington Spa - CV32 6RJ

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 7am to 3.30pm

Come and join us as a Sous Chef working in a large, flagship B&I contract in Leamington Spa. The site offers hospitality, barista coffee with everything made on site including bread. This site also has it's own greenhouse and vegetable patch. We need a real foodie who wants to develop and grow their career with us!

Key responsibilities

  • To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
  • To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
  • To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are picture perfect' every time
  • To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
  • To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and
    order necessary ingredients
