About the Role
You’ll be based in the brasserie with a team of 10 chefs, delivering a modern British menu for lunch and dinner services (up to 100 covers), with a simple breakfast offer of coffee and pastries. You’ll also support private dining and events, with functions occasionally serving 200+ guests — so any event catering experience is a big plus!

We’re looking for a Sous Chef who:
Has experience in high-quality, volume-led kitchens
Is confident working both brasserie service and event-style functions
Is calm, consistent, and leads by example
Wants to grow into a Head Chef role in the near future
Enjoys being part of a collaborative, close-knit brigade
Is flexible and professional – someone who cares about standards but enjoys their work
