Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing high-quality, delicious food that delights clients and customers
• Overseeing menu changes and food service improvements
• Acting on customer feedback to enhance food services
• Contributing to new menu development and food concepts
• Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
• Monitoring inventories and ensuring well-stocked kitchens
• Maintaining hygiene standards through cleaning responsibilities
• Adhering to Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations

Our ideal Sous Chef will:

• Be passionate about great-tasting food and customer service
• Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
• Have team supervision experience
• Have experience in a similar chef role
• Possess a Food Hygiene certificate
• Be flexible in working hours
