An incredible opportunity has arisen for a talented Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef to join the dynamic team at one of Mayfair’s most exciting and acclaimed neighbourhood restaurants.

This Michelin-starred venue offers a vibrant take on Mediterranean and Spanish-inspired cuisine, served in a relaxed fine-dining setting. With a sharing-style menu, bold flavours, and a strong focus on seasonality and sustainability, this is a fantastic project for a chef passionate about quality.

About the Restaurant:

1 Michelin Star – renowned for its bold, flavour-led dishes

Cuisine: Mediterranean & Spanish, using open fire cooking, dry-aged meats, whole animal butchery, and line-caught fish

Service: Lunch & dinner service, up to 100 covers daily

Kitchen: Open-plan, with a collaborative and creative environment

Suppliers: Top-tier seasonal and sustainable producers

What’s on Offer:

Salary: £48,000 – £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Schedule: 2 double shifts & 3 single shifts per week

Team: Award-winning chefs, supportive and ambitious kitchen culture

Location: Central Mayfair – well-connected and prestigious
