At Malmaison, approximately forty percent of our revenue comes from catering sales. Our hotels often experience busier periods than many local restaurants, providing our chef brigades with excellent opportunities to develop their skills. You'll learn new techniques, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle diverse produce.
We offer in-house on-the-job training and nationally recognized apprenticeships through our training providers. Many of our Head Chefs have been promoted from within, with some starting their journey as kitchen porters.
As a Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in maintaining brand standards and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Ideally, you will have experience at this level and demonstrate leadership skills in developing your team.
