What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting and standing in for the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Assisting with planning, ordering, and delivering exciting weekly menus
  • Taking the lead on hospitality and event catering
  • Championing Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards every day
  • Driving exceptional food quality and customer satisfaction
  • Helping to manage the kitchen team, support training, and maintain high performance
