As Sous chef, you'll be the Head Chef's go to for support, leading, engaging and developing the team every day. You will lead shifts, making sure the kitchen team runs effectively and safely. What you'll bring:

• You’re likely an experienced Sous Chef or a Junior Sous/Assistant Kitchen Manager ready to take the next step in your culinary career.
• You have hands-on experience working with fresh ingredients and can confidently demonstrate strong kitchen skills, including knife work, hygiene standards, and both hot and cold food preparation.
• You lead by example, always ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in with a positive, can-do attitude.
• You’re comfortable working with KPIs and confident making key decisions in the Head Chef’s absence—whether it’s around staffing, stock control, or food safety compliance.
• With excellent communication skills, you know how to manage a team effectively, building trust and strong working relationships.
• You also have an eye for talent and are passionate about helping others grow and reach their full potential.
